This is accomplished by the purchase online of prepaid weighing cards. These cards work in a similar fashion to prepaid calling cards. Weighing cards are registered within Scaleit W8 and the software tracks for the customer how many transactions (weighings) are left. Weighing cards range in price from $100 to $2,000. New for 2011, Scaleit offers an annual weighing card with unlimited transactions.
